PELICAN BAY RESORT:

90 rooms and 96 suites located at the marina, in the heart of the Lucayan Beach and shopping area. European architecture is graced by Caribbean romance and Bahamian hospitality in a quaint, intimate and unique charming little hotel, perched amidst lush gardens, the marina and the Bahamian Sea. The hotel rooms are spacious and feature a king or 2 double beds, cable TV, phone, personal safe, in-room coffee maker, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, iron & ironing board and full private balcony or patio. Non smoking rooms are available. The hotel suites feature in addition to the above, express room check-in, luxurious linens, robes and pillows, luxury toiletries, 2-daily house-keeping services.
2 outdoor swimming pools and hot tub, guest laundry facilities and self parking. Pool/snack bar on property and full serve restaurant (Ferry House) featuring open air dining. Duty free/specialty shops & nightly entertainment located adjacent to the property.

TREASURE CAY RESORT HOTEL & MARINA:

Treasure Cay Hotel consists of 87 rooms and suites, situated on a private marina. The charming accommodation units convey a Bahamian flavor with colorful exteriors and tastefully decorated interiors. Minutes away from the hotel is the famous beach, with its 3.5 miles of powdery white sand and majestic teal blue waters.
Rooms & Deluxe Rooms:
have a king size or 2 twin beds, either marina or garden view, full bath, mini-refrigerator, microwave oven (in deluxe rooms only) TV, telephone, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, A/C and ceiling fan. Rooms can accommodate 2 persons only. 
Deluxe Suite:
as above are 2 levels, first floor full kitchen, full baths, living room with queen sofa-bed, telephone, iron & ironing board and hairdryer, upstairs king bed, A/C, cable TV, and bathroom. Suites can accommodate 4 persons. All deluxe suites have a balcony.

APPROXIMATE ITINERARY:

Day 1:

Arrival in Freeport. Transfer to the Pelican Bay Hotel and check-in. Official check-in time at the resort is 3.00pm. Relax and explore the sights around you, stroll on the beach and cool off in the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests at the Pelican Bay can use the facilities and beach of the Our Lucaya Resort across the street ($5.00 charge for a wristband). Overnight in your comfortable accommodation.
Day 2:
Enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast. Walk next door and enjoy an excursion with the Dolphins. Encounter, swim or dive with them in their natural environment. Inexperienced divers have the opportunity to learn the basics of diving. (Prior reservations required to guarantee space, available through our office). In the evening enjoy the many restaurants and entertainment at the Port Lucaya Market Place, a few steps from the hotel.
Day 3:
Enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast at the hotel. Take any of the many excursions like kayaking or visit the Gardens of the Grove, play a round of Golf on any of the four magnificent courses, or simply relax on the beach. In the evening enjoy a gourmet meal at the Ferry House Restaurant (indoor or outdoors) and try your luck in the casino.

Day 4:
Continental breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport. Flight to Marsh Harbour at either 7.00am or 4.00pm, according to your reservation. Approx. 40 minutes later arrival in Marsh Harbour. 30-minute taxi ride to the Treasure Cay Resort Hotel & Marina and check-in to the reserved accommodation.
Day 5-7:
Stroll the powdery, white sand, 2-mile long world famous beach of Treasure Cay. Your foot prints will be one of the few in the sand. Participate in some of the water sports such as windsurfers, Hobie Cats, Kayaks, pedal boats, boogie boards, day sailor and water trampoline (prices range from $5.00 - $50.00). Other activities available are tennis, scuba diving and snorkeling, sport fishing, bone fishing, boat, car, bicycle and golf cart rental. Play on the 18-hole, par 72 golf course, where no T-off time is required. Club rentals available also. Do as much or as little as you please. Lounge chairs and beach towels free of charge. Sip an afternoon drink around the pool and enjoy the art of conversation with the other hotel guests or boat owners. One will find many exciting boats at the marina. Dinner can be enjoyed at the hotel's own restaurant or call one of the local place that will pick you up and drop you back, so you can experience the native dishes as well.
Day 8:
Check-out in the morning. Flight back to Nassau on Bahamasair from Marsh Harbour.

Useful Information: 
* Any time there are three people traveling, they will be accommodated in a deluxe Suite at the Treasure Cay Resort Hotel & Marina, as the standard and deluxe rooms only accommodate a maximum of 2 people. **In the "Suites" version, children age 2 - 10 years pay the discounted price. Children 11 years and older pay as a triple. ***Latest return date to Nassau.

NOTE:
This trip originates in and ends in Nassau. Should one wish to fly to Freeport from the US and return from either Treasure Cay or Marsh Harbour directly to the US, you may deduct $170.00 per adult from the package price for the unused airfare. (Children age 2-11 years $92.00)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received 31 days prior to arrival date will result in a $50.00 administration fee. In addition, if cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or no shows, will result in a cancellation penalty determined by the hotels and airlines at time of cancellation.
