Accommodation in both hotels are in room categories that hold a maximum of 2 persons. Families of three or more persons, can contact us for rates, as they would need to be booked into alternate room categories at a higher price.
This is trip is not available between September 01 & November 01st due to hotel closures. Between Dec. 18 & January 02nd we cannot offer this trip due to minimum stay restrictions at both hotels.

CORAL SANDS RESORT:

39 room hotel on the famous pink sand beach at the edge of 300 year old Dunmore Town. Facilities include;  Terrace restaurant with ocean view, Beach Bar Restaurant, fresh water swimming pool, free tennis, complimentary use of kayaks & snorkeling gear, game room with cable TV, library and games.
Boat rental, scuba diving (off property), bicycle & golf cart rentals available nearby. 
Ocean view rooms (quoted for the period June 01 - September 01 2008, have 1 queen-size bed or 1 king-size bed, private bath and/or shower and ocean view.
Garden view rooms (quoted for the period November 01 2008 - August 31 2009, have 1 kind bed or 1 queen bed, air-condition, telephone, cable t.v. and in-room safe.
Enjoy the native life with the locals. Stroll through the town and try a fresh conch salad and visit the straw vendors on the main street.

FERNANDEZ BAY VILLAGE:

14 rustic cottages & villas sit on a long private white sand beach for guests who seek seclusion, romance and nature. Cottages have garden bath/shower with queen size bed, coffee maker and small refrigerator, A/C, overhead ceiling fans and seaside terrace. Facilities include dining room, village grocery/souvenir store, Library, game room &  children's playground. Sports facilities: Boat, van and bicycle rental, bone & deep sea fishing at a charge. Snorkeling gear, kayaks and canoes are free of charge. No TV or phones in the rooms to remind you every day life.

THE 7 DAY / 6 NIGHT PACKAGE INCLUDE:

• 3-nights accommodation at Coral Sands in an ocean view room (until September 01 2008) and in a garden view room (from November 01 2008 onwards)

• 3-nights accommodation at Fernandez Bay Village in a cottage

• Meet and Greet in Nassau and personalized itinerary.

• Inter Island Flights to Eleuthera on Bahamasair or Southern Air or one way ferry to Harbour Island (and return flight from Eleuthera), roundtrip flights to Cat Island from Nassau, ground transportation in Cat Island. 

• Not included (taxi & ferry from North Eleuthera to Coral Sands not included, price is approx. $30.00/person roundtrip)

• Depending on the availability of the rooms, it is possible, that clients would first go to Cat Island and then to Harbour Island. In that case, they would fly both ways to North Eleuthera, instead of using the ferry on one of the sectors.

• All hotel taxes and gratuities

• Airport transfers in  Cat Island

• Depending on availability of the rooms, it is possible that you would first go the Cat Island and then to Harbour Island. In that case you would fly boat ways to Harbour Island, instead of using the ferry one way.

The Fast Ferry provides a very comfortable alternative to flying. It leaves Nassau every morning at 8.00am and arrives in Harbour Island at 10.15am. (On Friday the ferry also leaves at 1.30pm). you will then just take a short taxi ride to the Coral Sands ($5.00/person). 1 suitcase and 1 carry on luggage allowed. Extra pieces are $20.00 each.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received  up to 32 days prior to arrival date will result in a $100.00 administration fee. In addition,  cancellations received within 31 days of arrival or no shows, will result in a cancellation penalty determined by the hotels and airlines at time of cancellation.
