Winter Haven is located in Clarence Town, one of the most scenic towns in the Bahamas. The hotel, restaurant, bar, pool and hot tub are built right on the beach. The view to the east is all ocean and reef. To the west, you look out over the marina, harbor and town.

LOCATION:Winter Haven is located in Clarence Town, Long Island, in one of the most scenic towns in the Bahamas. Deadman's Cay Airport is approx. a 20 minute drive away.
ROOM AMENITIES:
All 8 rooms have either king bed (max 2 persons) or 2 full beds (max 4 persons), Air-condition, ceiling fan, hot water, blow dyer, iron/board, wooden or tiled floor and view of the ocean.
RESORT AMENITIES:
Fresh Water swimming pool,hot tub with ocean view, restaurant open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with great local and international cuisine, two big screen Tv's and wireless internet access.
You can rent a room with a jeep, or without.
ACTIVITES:Winter Haven can help you with guides, rental cars, rental boats and advice on beaches and places to explore. The people on Long Island are famous for their friendly and helpful ways. Bonefishing is at it's best!
HELPFUL INFORMATION:AIRPORT TRANSFERS: You will be picked up by a representative of Winter Haven at Deadman's Cay airport, who will drive you to the hotel for check-in. They will also take you back to the airport on departure
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Bahamasair has daily flights to Deadman's Cay Airport.Please call us for flight times or check www.bahamasair.com.
EMERGENCIES: Should you have a medical emergency you can call the front deskwho will assist you in anyway you need.
MEDICATION: Should you depend on daily medication we suggest that you takesufficient medication with you from home (in your hand luggage), as yourparticular prescription may not be available on this remote island.
MONEY: Some local establishements take credit cards, however we suggest thatyou take US cash (acceptable everywhere) or Traveler's checks.
Minimum stay 2 nights with optional extra nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY:If cancelled within 4 days of arrival, a one night penalty applies, plus our administration fee of $35.00 per file.
