Old Bahama Bay at Ginn sur Mer is a resort and residential community on the secluded west coast of Grand Bahama Island. The resort features 73 deluxe rooms and suites, a 72-slip port of entry marina, a fitness center, a 4'000 sq. foot heated swimming pool containing an infinity edge lounging area with massage jets, perfect for overlooking the beach. Additional amenities include: a boutique, logo and Sundries Shop, rental cars on site.

The out-island nature of West End provides Old Bahama Bay with natural features not found elsewhere in the Caribbean. The varying water depths, proximity of the gulfstream and nearby, magnificent reef formations create unparalleled diving and snorkeling experiences. Old Bahama Bay has one of the most extensive snorkel trail programs in the Caribbean and a trail for every day of the week! Fishermen can select their sport of choice from world-class bone and exceptional deep-sea fishing. Out of the water, guests will encounter endless species of flora and fauna, or may simply watch the ripples in the sea as the sun sets.Guests can enjoy the use of sailfish, hobie cats, kayaks & kids beach toys. Guests can enjoy on-call Spa & Massage Services for in-room, massage room or beachfront massages. There is free bicycle rental from the lobby. We now offer daily scheduled snorkeling trips to a nearby shipwreck and neighboring cays (destination depends on weather). Departure times are 10:30 am and 1:00 pm, and excursions last approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours. Cost is $60 per person and includes snorkel guide, equipment and refreshments.
