The 372-acre Our Lucaya Resort contains two hotels. The Westin caters largely to adults and couples, and its partner hotel, the more casual Sheraton, is designed for families. Guests of both hotels have full access to all resort facilities and activities. LOCATION:The Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort on Grand Bahama Island was opened in December 2000 after a $400 million transformation and development. The Sheraton at Our Lucaya and The Westin at Our Lucaya together total 1350 rooms & suites. Both hotels which sprawl along a 7-1/2 acre beach provide an impressive vacation experience for guests wishing to rediscover Grand Bahama Island or experience it for the first time.
RESORT FACILITIES:The resort with its 372 lushly landscaped acres is spearheading the resurgence of Grand Bahama Island. Situated on the beach this resort offers a variety of uniquely themed restaurants and lounges including mouth-watering steaks and fresh seafood at Churchill's Chop House, Pacific Rum Cuisine at China Beach and the world marketplace buffet at Willy Broadleaf (Restaurants are spread over the three buildings). Our Lucaya Lucayan Course, 6'824 yards, 1962 Dick Wilson design with tree-lined doglegs and elevated greens. Home to one of the only two Butch Harmon Schools of Golf in the world. Our Lucaya Reef Golf Course, 6'920 yards, the first Bahamian course to open since 1969. Robert Trent Jones Jr. design with water playing off 13 holes.
Senses Spa & Fitness Centre: 25'000 sq. ft, island-inspired signature treatments to slim, soften, detoxify, purify or polish such as "peace", "relief" and "joy" - with native elements and ingredients. Water treatments include submerged massages, rain massages and hydro baths in seaweed. The Fitness Centre offers strength training equipment including treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines and spinning bikes.
Personal trainers are available to coordinate fitness programs.
The 35'000 sq. foot. casino with 30 tables including baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Blackjack and Roulette, plus 400 slots and sports games is open and operating under the Flag of the Isle of Capri Casino.
Resort Diversions: Swimming in four themed freshwater pools, snorkelling, water skiing, kayaking and sailing, professional lessons from scuba diving to golf and tennis, exclusive all-ages marine educational program via UNEXSO, day or night tennis on four premier courts, basketball, beach volleyball and daily organized activities.
Amenities: On-site Wedding Coordinator, Fully equipped Business Centre, Same-day pressing, Dry-cleaning and Laundry Services.
Camp Lucaya: Offers great activities for the younger guests, 7 days a week, located to the west of the Reef Village, provides a fun and exhilarating way for children aged 3-12y to spend their day. All the fun-filled activities have been designed to provide optimum levels of entertainment and fun whilst nurturing each child's inquisitive and creative mind. Registration 24 hours prior is requested. $35.00 for half day (4 hours), snacks and drinks throughout the day are included, $45.00 per full day, up to 8 hours, includes lunch or dinner. Sibling discounts offered. Nursery for infants from 0 - 2 1/2 years available daily from 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m., however a maximum of 2 hour limit for infant care is set. ($10.00 per hour per baby).
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations of confirmed bookings will be subject to our administration fee. In addition if the cancellation isreceived within 16 days of arrival date in the High Season, 9 days for theShoulder Season and 5 days in the low season, a 1 night penalty will beapplied. No shows will be charged a one night penalty.

WHAT-TO-DO:
GOLF: Grand Bahama is home to several world-class golf courses, and Our Lucaya is home to two of them:
Our Lucaya Reef Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is a 6,930-yard course with 13 of 18 holes bordered by water, tricky bunkers and saw grass. A strong short game goes a long way on this breathtaking course. The wide fairways may be a little forgiving but the huge bunkers that protect the greens are not. Add an unpredictable ocean wind and you have yourself a formidable opponent.
The Lucayan Country Club Course opened in 1962 by Dick Wilson is a 6,824-yard classic par 72 design. Testing precision rather than distance, with doglegs, elevated greens and thick stands of tropical foliage. So bring plenty of balls. The tall trees give shade from the sun and other players on the course. There's no tight schedule and no need to rush your round so you can take it easy. With wide target areas off the tee and well-protected elevated greens, it's a great place to enjoy the great game.
The WESTIN operated Breakers Cay & Lighthouse Pointe house 749 newly renovated rooms with Caribbean colours, tropical draperies and figured maple furnishings.

ROLLAWAY BEDS are available at a $20.00 charge per day and are only available in king bedded rooms. Cribs are free. Teens age 13y - 17y stay free but pay service charge and resort fee of $13.00 per night, including on free nights. No Resort Fee applies for children 12y and younger.
