Baggage Information and General Policy

• Check-in time is 60 minutes prior to flight time. Passengers not checked by that time may forfeit their seats to stand-by passengers, and may not be elligible for Denied Boarding Compensation
• Southern Air reserves the right to combine the North Eleuthera & Governor's Harbour flights at any time, and therefore passengers should be aware that the North Eleuthera flight may depart 30-minutes prior to the published time, and likewise the Governor's Harbour flight may depart 30-minutes after the published time.
• Southern Air does not have an Interline Agreement with International or Domestic Carriers, and is therefore not liable for missed connections due to delays
• LUGGAGE LIMITATION: Passengers are allowed a maximum of 40 pounds (18 kg) per person. The baggage should be soft cases, rather than hard ones. No largesuitcases can be accepted. Additional pounds are charged at 40 cents perpound, up to maximum 20 additional pounds per person.
