LOCATION: Cape Eleuthera Resort and Yacht Club and Powell Pointe Resort are located on a 9 mile private peninsula of land covering 4500 acres of natural beach preserve, approximately 180 flight miles south east of Florida and 56.7 nautical miles east of Nassau. The resort itself is surrounded on 3 sides by water. Cape Eleuthera is the largest marina in all the Southern Bahamas and is the only marina with 12-15' deep water entry and accommodating vessels over 200' with a 450' mega yacht dock.

TOWNHOMES: The townhomes are the centerpiece of the community and offer a stylish blend of island charm, comfort and convenience. Each two-story home offers private porches and deck space with sunrise views overlooking Rock Sound, and sunset views of the gin clear waters of the Exuma Sound. These Luxury rental homes are conveniently situated overlooking the marina just footsteps from the beach.

GETTING THERE:
The closest airstrip is Rock Sound Airport (RSD), which is serviced twice daily from Nassau with Bahamasair. The transfer time by taxi to the resort from there is approximately 35-minutes. Alternately is travelling in from the US Mainland directly, Governor's Harbour Airport (GHB) can also be used as a port of entry, although a significantly longer transfer time of approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes should be expected. Boaters wishing to bring their yachts to the marina will of course find ample suitable mooring at the resort's full service marina.
