ROOM FEATURES:

The resort features a large variety of rooms, cabanas, cottages and house spread out amongst the resort's main house and gardens.

Main House Rooms include:

• The 3-story main building houses Garden View Rooms, which are tropically decorated, have queen bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and are located on the ground floor.
• Ocean View Rooms: Are located in the 2nd and third floor (accessible by 10 stairs to each flight), are quiet, have queen or king bed with view of the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms have hair dryer and alarm clock.
• Harbour View Rooms: are set on the end of the main building, secluded and private, with a deck to enjoy the breathtaking view of the historic candy striped lighthouse, harbour and their sailboats. Rooms have queen bed, hair dryer and alarm clock.
• The Ocean/Harbour View Rooms: Are situated in the mid-section of the 2nd and 3rd floor and have a queen or king bed, a sun deck overlooking the harbour and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Rooms feature a hair dryer and alarm clock.
• The Horizon Room: has a king bed with ocean view and queen pull out sofa bed with a lovely view of the harbour good for families of four.

• The Poolside Cabanas: Are spacious and have 2 double beds, hair dryer, alarm clock, mini fridge, sunning deck & overlook the fresh water pool.
• Ocean Front Cabanas: have a king bed, hair dryer, alarm clock, mini fridge, semi-private deck to watch the sun rise and are closed to the beach.
• Ocean View Cottages: have a spacious bedroom with king bed, kitchenette, hair dryer, alarm clock and deck with ocean view.
• Ocean Front Cottages: are located on the grassy dune. The spacious bedroom with king bed opens do the deck with full ocean view, kitchenette containing microwave & coffee maker.
• The BUTTERFLY HOUSE: is a 100 year old historic loyalist style clapboard home, recently renovated with all modern conveniences. Located near the top of the hill, overlooking the Reef Bar & Grill, fresh water pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for families or parties of six. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds, separate bathroom, entrance and sundeck. Downstairs is a living room, open kitchen, and separate bedroom with a queen bed.

Accommodation description: (none of the rooms have TV or telephone) The phone can be used in the office.

ACTIVITIES:

Hope Town is a picturesque settlement ideal for siteseeing by foot. The surrounding islands, cays and waters are a boaters paradise. To truly discover the Abaco's, the rental of a small boat is a useful plus. There are a variety of boat rental companies from which to choose, including:

HELPFUL HINTS:

• After you arrive at the Marsh Harbour International Airport (MHH), a short taxi ride will bring you directly to the ferry boat which will continue onto the beautiful island of Elbow Cay. After a short ferry ride you will find yourself dropped off directly on the hotel's dock. Have the ferry captain call the front desk on the VHF while you are on your way and they will be sure to meet you when you arrive. The fare including taxi and ferry (during regularly scheduled ferry departures is approximately $26.00 per person, each way, payable locally.($6.00 for the taxi and $20.00 for the ferry from Marsh Harbour to Elbow Cay. NOTE: The ferry operates a regular schedule from 8.00am - 5.00pm. Outside these hours the ferry can be chartered at extra cost at $100.00 - $150.00 per boat.)
