The Main house includes a master bedroom with a King bed and bath, Full kitchen with a breakfast bar or separate waterfront dining area, and a sitting room. A covered breezeway deck connects the main house to the guest bedrooms in two steps. One with a Single bed and built in desk and the other with Queen bed. A shared bathroom with a shower tub combination connects the two bed rooms. Upscale island design and decor. Local art displayed throughout. Lots of decks covered and uncovered, deck furniture included for dining alfresco or sunning. Beachside gazebo great for sunrise coffee or evening star gazing.

SLEEPING CAPACITY 5 PERSONS.A separate Cottage sits in the garden area with full kitchen, private bath, covered deck with a King size bed that can be converted to two twins. There is an additional cost to use this cottage $1100.00 per week including 10% resort levy. SLEEPING CAPACITY 2 PERSONS.
WHAT-TO-DO:
We suggest to rent a golf cart to discover the island and historic town, rent your own boat to go out snorkeling and beaching or book a scuba dive trip. Deep sea, reef and bonefishing trips are available as well as bicycle rentals.
Deep Sea Fishing prices for half day start at $450.00.
Boat rentals are approx. $85.00 per day.
HELPFUL HINTS:- Please read our general information regarding restaurants and boat ferry schedule to get to and from Marsh Harbour. Nearest airport to Hope Town/Elbow Cay is Marsh Harbour (MHH). Flights are available on Bahamasair from Nassau, as well as American Airlines from Miami and Continental Airlines from Ft. Lauderdale.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: A 10% security deposit will be charged to your credit card at check in, returned within the week you leave, after caretaker has authorized no damage on the property.
- HOLIDAY SEASON SUPPLEMENT: There is a 10% surcharge for 14 days around most popular times e.g. December 25 - 31, Easter week and July 4th weekend Holiday.
