Cherokee Air is a private charter plane company serving the Islands of the Bahamas and southeastern Florida since 1987, based out of Marsh Harbour Airport in Abaco.

CHEROKEE AIR

Cherokee Air currently owns and operates one Piper Aztec, which is capable of carrying five passengers, and a new Cessna Caravan, the jet prop aircraft is capable of carrying nine passengers, all are highly maintained above industry standards. Our pilots are fully certified, highly trained professionals who enjoy the art of flying. Their qualifications include Simcom training with recurrent flight training.

Baggage Information and General Policy

• All charter flights are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of departure.
• Due to the limited baggage capacity passengers are advised to limit the weight of their luggage, and are requested to avoid large suitcases and boxes, which potentially may not fit in the luggage compartments.
• Cherokee Air flights depart and arrive at Cherokee Aviation, a private facility at the Marsh Harbour Airport. Flights into Nassau depart & arrive from the Millionaire Terminal, and flights to and from North Eleuthera Airport arrive and depart from the "White Crowne Aviation" Terminal.
• All flights are entirely in the hands of the pilot(s), and Cherokee Air reserves the right to cancel a charter should inclement weather be a threat or persist, in which case a refund of the charter rate will be given.
