Located in Marsh Harbour, on the beautiful island of Abaco, Abaco Air has been in service for 30 years, making it the longest operating charter service in The Bahamas! We operate under the authority of the Bahamas Civil Aviation Department, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration & the Turks and Caicos Civil Aviation Department. Our aircraft are maintained by Abaco Flight Services Ltd., a JAR.145 Approved Maintenance Organization.

Baggage Information and General Policy

• Round trip rates will be extended to passengers travelling to and from their destinations with a 14 day period.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any reservation cancelled with less than 24 hours notice unless the reserved seat is sold to a stand-by passenger. There are no refunds for no-show passengers
• Check-in time is 45 minutes prior to departure time.
• All flights are closed 20 minutes prior to departure time and unclaimed seats will be sold to stand-by passengers.
• All departures are entirely up to the pilot. If Abaco Air has to cancel its flight due to inclement weather, Abaco Air & Majestic Holidays will not be liable for rescheduling of connecting flights or any costs involved in finding alternate arrangements or accommodations.
• Check-in at Marsh Harbour is at the Abaco Aviation Centre Terminal
• Check-in at North Eleuthera Airport is at White Crowne Aviation
• Check-in at Nassau Intl. Airport is at the Millionaire Terminal
• Any surcharges to move between Terminals is at the cost of the passenger solely
• Abaco Air reserves the right to request the weights of all passengers and luggage, and this information should be provided at the time of booking.
• Bulky items & large suitcases may not fit in the aircrafts luggage compartments, and as such should not be used
