LOCATION:

Pelican Beach Villas is located on a private peninsula on the sunny island of Great Abaco near the settlement of Marsh Harbour, with a private BEACH. Abaco, with its sandy beaches and incredible blue waters lies just 160 miles east of West Palm Beach, Florida. Ideally situated close to marinas, restaurants, boat rentals, ferries to nearby islands, and with the Mermaid Snorkeling Reef adjacent, the Pelican Beach Villas offers a unique vacation experience.
The property is on a peninsula on the Sea of Abaco. The sea is in the front and there is a pond with canal on the back. The property is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Come enjoy this quaint little place in one of the most popular islands in the Out Islands of the Bahamas.

RESORT FEATURES:

Beachfront Villas: Pelican Beach Villas has six selfcatering Beachfront Villas. Each villa faces directly on the Sea of Abaco, and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and full kitchen. These cottages are each approximately 900 square feet, and they have a front deck facing on the sea with outdoor chairs.
The master bedroom has a King or Queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two Twin size beds. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, so up to six persons can be accommodated in each of our beachfront villas.
The Living Room has comfortable furnishings and cable television with over 50 channels. The Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, bowls, and plates. There is everything you need for cooking. We also have picnic tables and grills outside. Each villa has in-room telephone and complimentary wireless internet service. There is a hair dryer in each of the two bathrooms. Linens and towels are furnished in the Beachfront Villas; however, we do not furnish beach towels.
Housekeeping is also provided with linens exchanged as needed. A playpen/crib is available upon request for guests travelling with small children.

Economy Efficiency: Pelican Beach Villas has only one Economy Efficiency unit, so there is limited availability. It is located on the back side of the property along the pond with its own water view. It consists of a single bedroom with a shower bath and a mini-kitchen.
The Economy Efficiency is approximately 250 square feet. It has a Queen size bed, and it accommodates a maximum of two persons. It has in-room telephone, wireless internet and cable television with over 50 channels.
The mini-kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, bowls and plates. There is a small table for eating in the Efficiency. We also have picnic tables and grills outside, as well as a private deck attached to the cottage.
Linens and towels are furnished with the Economy Efficiency, but we do not furnish beach towels. Housekeeping is also provided with linens exchanged as needed. A playpen/crib is available upon request for guests travelling with small children.

ACTIVITIES:

Tour the island and its landmarks at your own pace; rent a boat from one of the boat rental companies close by and go on a fishing, diving, or snorkeling excursion with your friends or family. Then, come back to your private Pelican Beach Villas and cook up your catch of the day in your own kitchen. Frolick on our private onsite beach or have a drink or snack at the Jib Room Restaurant across the road from the property.
