The master bedroom is located on the first floor with private terrace. The living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath are located on the second floor to maximize views.

The TWO-BEDROOM, 2.5 bath luxury villa averages 2285 square feet.
The bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the first floor and the master bedroom offers a private terrace. The living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath are located on the second floor in order to maximize their views. For your convenience, the villas also feature a full size washer and dryer. Villas are offered with either an Oceanfront view, Ocean view or Garden View. Bedding configurations vary. Masterbedroom has LCD TV, Dual warderobe closet, Telephone, and french sliding glass doors to the terrace. Living room has 50' plasma TV and DVD player.

The THREE-BEDROOM, 3 bath luxury villa averages 2600 square feet.
Two bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the first floor and the master bedroom offers a private terrace. The third bedroom and full bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, are located on the second floor in order to maximize their views. Same interior features and views as 2-bedroom villa.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received 31-8 days prior to arrival date will result in a 3 night cancellation fee. Cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Plus our administration fee according to our terms & conditions.

HOW TO GET TO EXUMA:

There are daily flights (morning midday and afternoon) from Nassau to George Town Airport (GGT) on Bahamasair and Sky Bahamas. We can arrange these flights for you.
American Airline also has direct flights from Miami and Continental from Ft. Lauderdale to George Town. These flights can be booked on the resepective airlines website. (www.aa.com or www.continental.com).
