The 90 spacious 640 square foot Waterside Rooms feature air-conditioning and are decorated with colorful island spreads, draperies and white washed furniture and include your choice of a king or 2 double beds, Cable TV, direct dial telephone, personal safe, in-room coffee maker, blow dryer, mini refrigerator, robes and full private balcony or patio. All rooms are Non smoking.
Each of the 750 square-foot Waterside State Rooms has rich mahogany woodwork and beautifully appointed custom décor, featuring luxurious linens, robes, comforters and pillows, in-room safe, specialty gourmet coffee maker, dual telephone lines and modem jack/data port, specialty stocked bar/refrigerator and snack baskets, luxury toiletries, delivery of fresh danish/bread basket every morning to the room, dailt faxed copy of the New York Times paper, twice-daily housekeeping services.

Guests can also take advantage of the ferry service to the Lucayan Marina Village and to the Ritz beach, which offers lounge chairs and umbrellas. Ferry departs hourly to the beach and is complimentary.

WHAT-TO-DO:

The world famous UNEXSO center is immediately next door to Pelican Bay offering fantastic diving, the "Dolphin Experience" as well as snorkeling trips.
Bone fishing/deep sea fishing can be easily organized through the hotel's concierge desk, and a variety of other excursions including golf or a visit to several national parks can also be organized.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• This property is across the road from Our Lucaya and its 7- 1/2 acre beach, which guests from Pelican Bay have access to, although lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas are not available.
• The Port Lucaya Marketplace with its various restaurants and bars is adjacent to the Pelican Bay, along the marina side.
• Grand Bahama can be reached from the U.S. by such airlines as, Bahamasair, American Airlines, Air Tran and Continental Connection and from Nassau by Bahamasair and Western Air
• Children 12years and under are free in the same room as parents (max. 2 adults and 2 children).
