Bay View Village consists of 1-bedroom suites "A" or "B", 2-bedroom townhouses and villas, catering to both guests and long-term residents nestled in well-maintained tropical gardens. ROOM FEATURES:

1-bedroom suites "A" or "B": 615/625 square feet respectively. These air conditioned units feature either 1 king bed or 2 single beds in the master-bedroom, fully equipped kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and oven, coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. The living room features a pullout couch, cable T/V, direct dial telephone, in room rental safe, alarm clock/radio, iron and ironing board.
"A" apartments are on the second floor and feature a balcony facing towards the inside of the property.
"B" apartments are on the ground floor, and have a small terrace and garden facing the outside of the property.

2 - Bedroom townhouses: 1,230 square feet. The townhouses are on 2 levels. There are 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor, one bedroom with a king bed, and the other with 2 single beds. The master-bedroom features cable T/V, alarm clock/radio. There are 2-bathrooms upstairs. The lower floor features, a living room with cable T/V, direct dial telephone*, fully equipped kitchen (same features as the 1-bedroom suites). Additionally there is a washroom downstairs and iron/ironing board.

2 - Bedroom villas: 1,110 square feet. Facilities as above, however the 2-bedroom villas are on one level.
 

WHAT-TO-DO:

Paradise Island & Nassau are known for their variety of activities:
Beautiful Cabbage Beach is a short walk from the hotel. The Casino the Atlantis is approximately 13 minutes on foot. There are a large variety of tours and trips available through the Majestic Tours representative who visits your hotel on a regular basis.

• Arrivals after these times can collect their keys from security, and are asked to register with the office the following day.
  Departures before office hours are asked to checkout the day prior to departure.
• Children: Maximum two children under 12 years are free in same room as parents. Maximum occupancy for a 1-bedroom suite is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 very young children.
  Maximum occupancy in a 2-bedroom townhouse is 5. The fifth person sleeps on a rollaway bed.
  Rollaway rentals and crib rentals are $10.00/night or $30.00/week.
