TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

• The Bo Hengy 2 is a fully air-conditioned, 394 passenger catamaran Ferry that operates daily between Nassau and Spanish Wells, Jean's Bay Eleuthera and Harbour Island, and twice weekly service between Nassau and Governor's Harbour, Eleuthera. It offers a spacious comfortable seating, with 2 classes of service. There are 80 Voyager Class (business class) seats on the upper deck as well as 314 tourist class (economy) lower deck seats, a salon on each deck, toilet facilities for passengers including facilities for the physically disabled. The ferry cruises at 25 knots and the crew is trained to Bahamas Maritime Authority and U. S. Coast Guard Standards.
• Passengers are allowed 1 check-in luggage and 1 carry-on bag.
• Each additional piece of luggage is $20.00 extra to be paid at boarding time. The ferry departs in all weather, however routing may change at the captain's discretion, and provisions will be made by the ferry if necessary.
• Latest check-in time is 60 minutes before departure time at Potters Cay dock in Nassau or on the return 45 minutes before departure at the government dock in Harbour Island.
• Picture identification may be requested.

COMPANY POLICIES:

• Vouchers purchased from Majestic Holidays or Majestic Tours must be redeemed at the time of check-in to be valid. Our vouchers will be exchanged at the check-in counter with original Bahamas Ferry tickets.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reserved program. Groups may require a longer cancellation period depending on size. Guests purchasing a hotel package should refer to their individual cancellation policies for details on refunds and cancellation policies.
• No refunds will be issued for guests not redeeming their coupons at the time of check-in, or those misplacing their return tickets once received by Bahamas Ferries.
All Departures are entirely in the hands of the ferry captain. Majestic Tours & Majestic Holidays will not be held responsible in the rare case of failure of equipment and any corresponding potential delays.
• Reservations: All reservations are confirmed with a confirmation number.
• Performance: If for any reason BFF does not provide the yacht selected by the client, BFF may provide one or more other yachts that are Certified by the Bahamas Maritime Authority to carry guests. If BFF fails to provide the yacht selected by the client or a replacement yacht or yachts or the excursion must be cancelled altogether for any reason by BFF, BFF & Majestic Holidays will refund 100% of the unused ferry fees the client has paid, but BFF & Majestic Holidays will not have to do anything more. In that event, the client agrees to not ask BFF or Majestic Holidays to pay anything more than the ticket fees the client has paid in advance and that the client will not make any claim for general, special, consequential or any other damages because BFF is unable to provide the yacht requested, a replacement yacht or yachts, or has to cancel the event altogether.
• Limitation of Owners Liability: BFF has exercised reasonable care in selecting a crew and making the vessel safe. BFF & Majestic Holidays are not responsible for loss or damage to any person property or for any injury suffered by the clients, client's guests, unless it is caused by BFF or BFF's employees. BFF has the right to limit their liability under certain federal and state statutes and the client agrees that there is no personal contract between BFF and Tour Operator or Tour Operator's guests that would cause BFF to lose those rights.
