CANCELLATION POLICY: A $35.00 Administration Fee will be charged on all cancellations. In addition, reservations cancelled 15 days prior to scheduled arrival, will be penalized two nights room rate. No shows will be penalized the length of stay.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancelled on or after Oct 31/2009 a full 100% cancellation will apply for arrivals during these dates of Dec 18/09 - Jan 02/10.
Arrivals during Dec 24 - 31/09 require a 7 night minimum stay.
RESERVATION CHANGES to the arrival or departure dates, made within 14 days of confirmed arrival date, will incur a 2 night penalty at the reserved room rate.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR UNUSED NIGHTS, UNLESS THERE IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, FOR WHICH THE HOTEL NEEDS DOCUMENTATION.

LOCATION:

Rising above the beach, the casually tropical Beach Tower features abundant flowers and greenery. Perfect for those who wish to enjoy all of the Resorts features at a competitive price. The Beach Tower is located on the easternmost end of Atlantis. Nearby Resort features include many marine exhibits, the Lazy River Ride, the River Pool, Seagrapes Restaurant, Club Rush, Atlantis Theatre and the Conference Center.

ROOM DESCRIPTION:

The entire Atlantis-Paradise Island resort offers 2,300 guestrooms total. The nine-story Beach Tower, which is the oldest, most tranquil, and least expensive of the three hotels, has 423 air-conditioned guestrooms. Guestrooms are a slightly smaller than those in the Coral Towers and in the Royal Towers. Newly renovated Beach Tower rooms are decorated in beautiful tropical colors with an island theme. All guest rooms feature a variety of amenities such as full balconies, sitting areas and service-bars kept fully stocked on a daily basis. Beach Tower guest rooms offer either a king-size or two double beds. Other thoughtful touches are standard as well, including irons, ironing boards, hair dryers and in-room safs for storage of valuables. Requests for non-smoking rooms are based on availability. All rooms have balconies furnished with two chairs and a cocktail table. Tropical décor includes pale-peach walls, light-colored furniture, and blue-and-gold fabrics with a seashell motif. These rooms have the closest access to the beach.

The resort includes a large variety of restaurants, bars, and lounges as well as poolside snack-and-beverage carts.

• The Cave Bar and Grill - Open-air lunch spot featuring underwater views of marine life. Burgers, hot dogs, salads, ice cream.
• Beach Tower Lobby Lounge - Coffee drinks, bagels, pastries. Cocktails day and evening.
• Villa D'Este - Northern Italian cuisine under frescoed ceiling. Linen service. The sophisticated menu includes homemade soups, fresh salads, a variety of pasta dishes, and other favorites. Tiramisu and a cappuccine top things off perfectly. (Non-smoking restaurant). Located between the Coral Tower Rooms & Beach Tower rooms.
• Mama Loo's - Specializing in traditional Chinese recipes such as wok-fried grouper filet, sweet and sour chicken, and sautéed sliced beef - all made to order from the freshest ingredients. (Non-smoking restaurant). Located between the Coral Tower & Beach Tower rooms.
• Bahamian Club - Begin a superb dining experience with gourmet salads, followed by the finest cuts of steak, including Chateaubriand for two. Other specialties include the freshest grilled seafood and chicken. The Bahamian Club's inviting club atmosphere - with rich dark woods and over-stuffed chairs - is the perfect setting for traditional fine dining. (Non-smoking restaurant). Guests at the Beach Tower also have full access to the hotel's other restaurants & lounges & pool & lagoon landscapes.

• Dial-up Internet Access
  Atlantis now offers dial-up Internet access from your Guest Room for $.50 per minute. Requirement: Microsoft Windows CE, 95, 98, ME, 2000 or NT 4.0, Macintosh, Web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape), Dial-up Modem, Standard Modem Cable.
  To connect, create a new dial-up connection or modify the number in your existing connection. Plug the modem cable into the data port on the side of your in-room phone and into your computer or external modem. Open your dial-up connection, use 46649 as the number (no username or password is required.) Open your web browser and connect.
• Tour & Excursion Centers
  Atlantis offers excursions that range from tranquil to thrilling. Among the possibilities, guests can swim with dolphins, relax on a catamaran snorkeling or sunset cruise, or tour historic Nassau. For information or to make reservations, visit one of the Atlantis Tour and Excursion Centers, located off the Coral Towers lobby and in the Beach Tower lobby.
• Changing facilities
  The Transit Lounge, located outside the Royal Towers, and the Hospitality Cavern, located outside the Beach Tower, provide showers, bathing suit dryers, changing rooms and lockers to arriving and departing guests. These facilities are available at no charge.
• Baby-sitting
  In-room baby-sitting services are available. All baby sitters are CPR-certified. Rates start at $15.00/hour for 1 child up until 10.00pm and $20.00/hour after 10.00pm. Additional children up until a maximum of four children per sitter are available at a rate of $3.00 per child per hour. There is a three hour minimum requirement and cancellations must be received at least three hours in advance. Guests calling in advance to book babysitting may do so one week prior to travel. Rates are subject to change.
• Business Center
  The Business Center, located outside of the Conference Center, provides worldwide fax and telecommunications services, self-service computer rentals, laser and ink jet printers, a laptop docking station, Internet connection, stationery sales and photocopying. Also offered: graphic design and typesetting services, meeting or conference signage, temporary staffing and a temporary office.
